AKKDream-Travel Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By joining the AKKDream-Travel Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Role of Affiliate
Affiliates are independent promoters who refer clients to AKKDream-Travel. Affiliates are not travel agents and are not responsible for booking or managing travel.

2. Earnings Structure
Affiliates earn a flat referral payout for each completed booking made through their link or name:
• $50 per room booked on all-inclusive resorts or group trips
• $25 per cabin booked for cruises

3. Payout Terms
• Payouts are issued after the client completes their travel
• Payments are processed on the 15th and 30th of each month after funds are received from the supplier
• The booking must be fully paid and not canceled

4. Non-Payment Conditions
Payouts will not be issued if:
• The booking is canceled
• The client does not travel
• A refund or chargeback occurs


5. Referral Tracking
Affiliates must ensure clients mention their name or use their assigned link/form. AKKDream-Travel is not responsible for untracked referrals.

6. Conduct
Affiliates agree to:
• Represent AKKDream-Travel professionally
• Not mislead clients
• Not quote pricing outside of provided deals

7. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates are not employees and are responsible for their own taxes.

For security, provide only the last 4 digits of SSN/EIN here. We’ll request a full IRS W-9 securely if/when required by law.
